Ingredients:

Red Pepper (85 grams = 3 ounces)
Green Pepper (60 grams = 2,1 ounces)
Rawit Pepper (5 grams = 0,18 ounces)
Gandaria fruits (5 grams = 0,18 ounces)
Half an onion
Oil
Salt
Brown sugar (teaspoon)

How to:

Cut all the peppers, gandaria fruit and half an onion into tiny bits (about 2 milimeters). Heat up oil in a fryig pan, medium-high heat. Throw in the peppers, union, gandaria, a teaspoon of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir slowly and let it fry for 10-15 minutes. Put it in a bowl and let it cool down. Ready to use!

Tips:

Great with chicken. Cut up some chicken, stir it through the marinade, cover it well and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours. Then fry them with whatever you like.
